The person behind PIT

My name is Freek Meerhoff, and I am the founder of PIT Eindhoven.

Throughout my career, I have worked in businesses where people, trust and personal service are at the centre of what I do.

For many years, I was involved in the art world and ran art galleries, working with artists, collectors and clients. I also developed retail partnerships and shop-in-shop concepts with leading Dutch businesses, including department store De Bijenkorf.

Today, I work in hospitality, running a private accommodation in Eindhoven where I personally welcome and assist guests from the Netherlands and abroad.

These experiences have taught me something that is at the heart of PIT: when you ask someone to take care of something for you, you want to know that it is in good hands.

You want someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, understands what matters and takes responsibility for getting things done.

That is exactly what I aim to offer through PIT.

Why PIT?

Living and working in Eindhoven has given me a strong local network and a good understanding of the city and its surroundings.

I started PIT for a simple reason: you cannot always be here yourself.

Whether you need someone to receive a delivery, check a property, meet a contractor, visit a location, collect something, arrange a local service or simply be there on your behalf, PIT provides a trusted local presence.

It is not about being the biggest service.

It is about being the person you can rely on when you need someone on the ground in Eindhoven.
